Orbtronic is pleased to offer a no risk, no hassle guarantee.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange items for a full refund of the original price paid, less actual shipping (shipping charges paid to deliver your order) within 30 days (some exceptions apply). Items returned to us must be in their original new condition, and packaging.
If returned batteries are in any way damaged | scratched | or used, 35% restocking fee will be applied.
Please contact us before you order your new batteries [ if you are not sure which batteries will work with your application/device ].
We'll gladly replace the item, refund your money, or apply the price of the product toward any other item that we are selling in our store -- it's your choice!
International buyer pays return/exchange shipping both ways.
Exception: Return policy for batteries that are not under Orbtronic name:
No returns are allowed unless the product is defective upon receipt.
Batteries with Orbtronic name on the cell:
100% Full support as long as you own Orbtronic battery cell.
