Here, on our website you will not see some special rules and tons of fine print. Orbtronic.com offers free shipping option on all domestic orders placed on Orbtronic.com website, with no minimum order requirements or special exceptions. Expedited, and Overnight Express are also available - Please read below.

Shipping FAQ:

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders received before 3:00 PM EST will be shipped the same working day (including Saturdays) via USPS. We will try our best to ship later orders the same day as well.
If order is placed after the 3:00 PM EST cutoff time, and we are unable to ship the same day, it will go out the next business day (morning).

What are your shipping methods and how long do they take?

The following shipping options are available when you checkout:
Free shipping method- You should receive your order within 4-7 business days.
Expedited USPS Priority Mail- Average delivery time 2 - 3 days.
Expedited USPS Express (Overnight in most areas) – Average delivery time 24-48 hours.

Please allow more time for shipments to U.S. Territories, or Military APO/FPO addresses.

How much does expedited shipping cost?

To see expedited shipping options and fees do these 2 simple steps:

1. Place the items you wish to know the total shipping cost on into your virtual shopping cart by pressing the “ADD TO CART” button on the product page.
2.Click on “Click to estimate” or “Get shipping quote” link (located in “My Cart”, and Checkout page) , enter your postal code, and accurate shipping fees for expedited shipping will be calculated for you.

Note: To see accurate shipping fees please verify that your postal (zip) code was entered correctly.

Will I get a tracking number when my order ships?

Yes. After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us, followed by a shipping notification email including a link to your tracking information.


International orders

For all international orders we use USPS  International services.

How much does it cost to ship a package to my country?

International shipping rates vary depending on your location, the total weight of your package, and your desired shipping method. Your shipping options will be presented to you during the checkout process. If you have not set up an account with us yet and simply wish to inquire about the shipping cost without following through with the checkout process, you may estimate the shipping cost of your order by following these steps:

1.Place the items you wish to know the total shipping cost on into your virtual shopping cart by pressing the “ADD TO CART” button on the product page.
2.Click on “Click to estimate” or “Get shipping quote” link (located in “My Cart”, and Checkout page) , choose your country from dropdown list, enter your postal code, and accurate shipping fees will be calculated for you.

Note: To see accurate shipping fees please verify that your postal code was entered correctly.

Will I get a tracking number when my order ships? 

USPS First Class mail international shipping option is without tracking . We highly recommend shipping options with tracking: USPS Priority, or USPS Express international.

Do I have to pay import duty and taxes?

Please note that customer is responsible for the import duties and taxes (VAT) that may be due after your package reaches your country. Please contact your local customs office to verify fees and regulations. We can not be responsible for customs delays that may happen in your country.
