Orbtronic is pleased to offer a no risk, no hassle guarantee on every item we sell.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange items for a full refund of the original price paid, less shipping. Items returned to us must be in their original condition and packaging.

If returned batteries are in any way damaged, 20% restocking fee will be applied.

We'll gladly replace the item, refund your money, or apply the price of the product toward any other item that we are selling in our store -- it's your choice!
