b.) Loose connections (replace battery);
c.) Polarity reversed (load the battery into charger in right side)
d.) Battery discharged beyond point of recovery which is below 2.0V
(this could happen only to unprotected battery)
Red-Green flashing (after 5min) -----a.) Incompatible Battery Non rechargeable Li-ion battery
such as Regular Lithium, Ni-MH ,Ni-cd, Alkaline.
b.) Li-ion battery--Low voltage between 2.0V-3.0V
c.) Temperature is getting too high / above 140F / 60C
