Two charge monitoring LEDs light code:

Upon connecting to power source LED's will light green/red for about 1 sec. and then go off. That quick signal means: 

1.Charger is performing fast self test

2.Charger is ready to charge (stand by mode) 

• Light OFF= Stand by 
• Red ON= Battery Charging in progress
• Flashing Green = 80-90% complete 
• Green ON = Charge complete  
• Flashing Red = Battery error (usually incorrectly inserted battery)
